You have the option to order and pick up your items either on-site at the warehouse or via our online store.
Collection is possible from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00 (by arrangement) and can also be completely contactless upon request.

Are all products ready for immediate pickup?
No, not all products are ready for immediate pickup. Always check the availability shown in the shop.
If an item is currently out of stock, it will be clearly marked as a pre-order.
Can I also pick up pre-ordered items?
Of course – you can also pick up pre-ordered items from us as usual, as soon as they are available. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.
How does the pickup process work?
Order online:
First, add all the desired items to your shopping cart. Then, click the "Continue" button, where you can select your preferred shipping and delivery method.
Now select the "Pick up in store" option, enter your contact details, and click the "Next" button.
Now you can choose a day and time when you would like to pick up your order.
Afterwards, you can choose your payment method and complete the order.
Local pickup without online ordering:
You write to us via our available channels, such as Instagram, Facebook or by email, and tell us when you would like to pick up your order.
We will reply to your message as soon as possible and confirm your preferred time or suggest an alternative time.
Can I pay by card on site?
Yes, our Sumup card terminal accepts all common cards.
