  • How can I order from the FELIZ STORE®?

    You add your desired products to the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. There you enter your delivery address, select a payment method, and confirm the order. Our shop system guides you through the ordering process step by step.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We offer you a wide selection of secure payment methods:  

    PayPal: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Direct Debit, Credit Card, Pay Later, Installment Payment  

    SEPA Direct Debit  

    Mollie: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, iDEAL  

    Klarna: Pay now, Pay later  

    Stripe: Kreditkarte (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Union Pay), Sofort u. v. m.  

    iDEAL (direct bank transfer)

    Many payment methods work without needing your own account with the respective provider.  

  • How do I redeem a voucher or discount code?

     In the shopping cart, you will find the field "Redeem promotional code or gift voucher" a little further down.  

    Enter code → Apply/Accept → the discount code or voucher will be automatically deducted.  

    Pay attention to correct spelling.

    When you enter a gift card code, you will also see your current balance.

  • How do I buy a gift voucher?

    You can find digital vouchers in the Vouchers category.

    After ordering and paying, you will receive the voucher immediately by email – ideal for printing or giving as a gift.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs are automatically displayed in the shopping cart as soon as you select your delivery country.

    We ship exclusively with DHL.

  • Which countries do you deliver to?

    We currently deliver to the following countries:  

    Germany

    European Union (EU)

    Great Britain

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking link.

    This allows you to view the current shipment status at any time. The order can be tracked in the account section.

    As long as your order has not yet been packed, we can make changes.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Our DHL shipping times:  

    Germany: 1–3 working days

    EU: 2–5 working days

    Switzerland: 3–5 working days

    UK: 5–7 working days

    USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

    Mexico: 14–26 working days


    We ship daily – many orders are sent out on the same day.
